OnSite Medical House Calls Psychiatric and Mental Health Service program is designed to deliver specialized clinical care through a dedicated multi-disciplinary treatment team comprising mental health professionals who are specifically trained to address the unique needs of older adults.

Our team offers a comprehensive range of services, including clinical assessments, medication support, mental health services, crisis intervention, and access to essential community resources.

 

We recognize that many older adults may face challenges in accessing traditional mental health services, whether due to transportation or mobility limitations. To facilitate recovery and promote mental wellness, our program brings mental health services directly to patient in the comfort and convenience of their own home or facility. We aim to foster improved mental health outcomes for this vulnerable population.
